The book I found is a two-part volume, A Matter of Eternity: Selections from the Writings of Dorothy L. Sayers chosen and introduced by Rosamond Kent Sprague / Are Women Human? by Dorothy L. Sayers, with an introduction by Mary McDermott Shideler (Grand Rapids, MI: Wm B. Eerdmans [1973]).
The first part is described by Sprague as "a devotional book." The second part is an address given to a Women's Society in 1938.
