One of the most disheartening things I experienced when I visited China was the pervasive presence of sex-trafficking. We were warned about the Karaoke bars, massage parlors and solicitation in the hotels. Holcomb's article is a stark reminder that the United States is plagued with this same dark, disgusting, damnable industry.
