- A couple of weeks ago, Tim Challies, a well known Christian blogger and book reviewer, posted a short review of Lyle Dorsett's A Passion for God: The Spiritual Journey of A. W. Tozer (Moody, 2008) [Amazon $10.19 | CBD $11.99]. Challies concludes, "His life stands as both an inspiration and a solemn warning."
- You may also be interested in Tim's brief review of Francis Schaeffer: An Authentic Life by Colin Duriez (Crossway, June 2008). You will also note that another biography is due to be released in November by Eerdmans: Francis Schaeffer and the Shaping of Evangelical America by Barry Hankins (Eerdmans, November 2008).
- Logos is working on developing 9 volumes of The Review of Biblical Literature. This ought to make a nice addition to the researcher's e-library.
- I've not had an opportunity to read it, but John Frame reviewed Peter Enns' Inspiration and Incarnation (Baker Academic, 2005). You may also be interested in some of the discussions at Justin Taylor's blog.
